Take a sneak peek at the uniform the Huskies will wear for national title game

HOUSTON — The old sports adage goes, "look good, feel good, play good," and that's what the Huskies are going for in the biggest game in the careers of every player on the University of Washington (UW) team and their opponent, the Michigan Wolverines.

Adidas showed KOMO a sneak peek of the uniforms the Huskies will wear; white pants with purple stripes on the side, white jerseys with purple numerals and names along with the classic gold Husky helmets.

The Huskies had to wear white jerseys, as they're considered the "road" team as the lower seed behind #1 Michigan. The pants and helmets were at discretion.

Adidas manufactures Husky Athletics apparel and signed Michael Penix, Jr. along with Rome Odunze to NIL deals in October, the first college athletes to sign such deals with Adidas. The company is also hosting a special event for Husky fans who made the trip at the Galleria Mall in Houston.
