SEATTLE —

A popular sushi restaurant that temporarily shut the doors of its Seattle and Bellevue locations due to health and safety concerns is set to reopen on Tuesday.

FOB Sushi Bar, in a media release sent to KOMO News Monday, said their locations in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood and Bellevue were set to reopen on Tuesday at 11 a.m. The restaurant announced on Nov. 18 that it was closing its Seattle and Bellevue locations "until further notice" after a viral TikTok video from famous food reviewer Keith Lee raised safety concerns.
